How to Deep-Condition Hair: TIPS

1. Consult your stylist about the type of conditioner you need, and, if any related-medical condition exist, consult your physician, too.
2. Before starting, think on what your hair needs and the time you have.
3. Shampoo your hair and dry (towel dry). Gently apply the conditioner from forehead to ends, from roots to the ends.
4. Rub gently, distribute evenly.
5. Depending on the time you have, you may choose for a short, deep-conditioning in the shower or a relaxing spa-like experience.
6. If you have the opportunity, condition your hair and spend 10-15 minutes into the steam room. It helps

Don't Forget to Deep Condition

Once a month it is very beneficial to wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo, and then follow with a deep conditioner. I have found that once all the build-up in the hair is washed away, the deep conditioner can soak into the hair better and add more moisture
i love this

i used to have dry hair but i started putting coconut oil all through out my hair 5-6 hours before i washed it. now it looks soft and hydrated and much easier to manage and style. Its GREAT. you can still use a light conditioner
Thick and shiny hair

I was blessed with thick but fizzy hair, on my teens I hated it,then I start to do something about it, I put olive oil or almond oil and sleep with it, and wash it in the morning I did it for a month and really see the diffidence, on the weekend I mix 1 egg with mayonaise and put on my hair wrap with towel and leave it at least 15minutes or more I'd you have time, and try organic shampoo and good conditioner, rinse it with cold water, I excercise and eat healthy too, now I often get a lot of compliments, usually your hair looks amazing how do you keep it healthy! I just love my hair and thanks to my mom who teach me the secret, hope you could do it too.
you just have to go natural with this one

for those of you who just love to bleach your hair! there IS healthier ways to do and more natural. first start of washing your hair like usual. then towards the end take lemon juice and squeeze it on your head! CRAZY! i know but this really works and shows your natural highlights.... works best for blondes trying to go with a lighter color. its not a bleach or dye it is more natural to your hair and does not affect it or dry out as much as dyeing your hair.

Ive heard that applying shampoo to dry hair, washing it out then shampooing again helps to cleanse the hair of product buildup!

For greasy hair i recommend damping it in water mixed with a few drops of lemon juice. This solution will smoothen the hair, and it wont be greasy anymore

Use the hair conditioner on the whole lenght of hair. If your hair gets too greasy, then use the hair conditioner only on the ends of your hair.
mask

If you want to take great care of your hair, use a honey, almond oil, and vanilla mask. Mix 1 spoon of almond oil, 2 spoons of honey cream and 1 vanilla extract bar. Apply this mask on wet hair, cover it with a cellophane, and a towel. Wait 15 minutes, and than wash your hair with a shampoo

This one happened to me, so you should know that you must change the brand of your conditioner you use every moth, since your hair can become immune to a specific formula’s effects, like mine did, and it was loosing its health and shine, until I found out this.

If you want to avoid the chemicals in commercial conditioners, or if you’re out of conditioner, try using natural conditioners like mayonnaise or olive oil
